Elon Musk tries to block Twitter request for a quick survey

On Friday, Elon Musk presented a resolution against Twitter's request to quickly monitor its plan to stop its deal for $ 44 billion for social media.

The documents presented by Chancellor Delaware, Muskin's lawyers stated that the "irrational request" must be rejected on Twitter to enter the case in two months. It’s the latest step in what promises to be a major legal battle between Twitter and Musk. The San Francisco-based company is trying to resolve months of uncertainty for its business while Musk is trying to withdraw from the deal on what he says is the problem of Twitter’s “bot spam”. On Tuesday, Twitter sued Musk over a breach of contract to buy the site on social media and asked a Delaware court to order the world’s richest man to complete the merger at the agreed price of $ 54.20 per share.

Merger agreement with Musk in October 25.

“Twitter’s sudden request to reverse the situation after two months of dragging and blurring is its latest tactic to hide the truth about the spam accounts long enough to shut down the railroad’s accusers,” Musk said in a statement. They said the discovery would take a significant amount of time and expected a trial in February or later. The next 13 years

The bank's debt financing for the purchase of masks expires in April 2023. That means the deal could fall apart if the lawsuit, which began in February, is not completed by April.

Twitter declined to comment on Musk's latest moves. Twitter shares fell 1% in extended trading.
