Norwegian Air and Wideroe have agreed to cooperate

OSLO (Reuters) - Norwegian Airlines and Wideroe Airlines have agreed to cooperate in the Norwegian domestic market with ongoing travel, including joint tickets and passengers, the airline said on Tuesday.

Wideroe Private, a regional airline in Scandinavia, serves short distances in a densely populated region with few railways and a rough terrain.

The Norwegian slimmed airline model came from a no-frills system last year with no remote network.
